The organization consists of a group of ambitious and pragmatic young professionals, who bring together their diverse backgrounds to pursue shared, impactful goals. ČARM team believes that the initiative to introduce diverse and unconventional cultural experiences fosters a sense of unity and inclusiveness, encouraging communities to embrace the diversity that makes them stronger.

Bella Knyazchyan
Chairwoman & Founder
Bella Knyazchyan founded ČARM in March 2023 and has led every major Armenian cultural initiative under its banner. Her work has been featured in ArmenPress, News.am, Aravot, Hraparak, Orer, and on H1, Kentron TV and 1in.am.

ČARM z.s. is a zapsaný spolek — a registered Czech civic association (IČO 21466530) — seated at Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1. We are eligible to receive tax-deductible donations from Czech individuals and corporations; financial statements are available upon request.
